The agenda covers NGN basics, the status of NGN deployment in the EU, and the implications on service definitions and network concepts. It covers regulation of IP interconnection, charging models, cost modelling and value generation in an NGN environment. |

About the workshop leaders:
Dr Markus Steingröver is managing partner and head of the wholesale strategies group of Detecon. Previously he was costing and tariff setting expert for RegTP advising operators and regulators on tariff regulation, interconnection and costing issues all around the world.
Martina Haunert is senior consultant in the wholesale strategies group of Detecon. Before joining Detecon she was head of the regulatory strategy department at T-Com in the Slovak Republic. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of carrier regulation including interconnection and licensing issues. |
